Oblik Consulting is a boutique Strategy Consulting Agency. Our field of expertise is brand and commercial strategy. We have a depth of experience in commercial negotiations, distribution, retail, as well as financial evaluation, human resources, and international legal affairs.

BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
The founder of Oblik Consulting, Flore Quaquin Kayl, is a retailer at heart and a strategic consultant by experience.
In Paris, France, Flore worked in Marketing at L'Oréal Group.
​
She then moved to Dubai, UAE, in 2004 to join Chalhoub Group, the largest luxury distributor and retailer in the Middle-East.
In 2016, she joined the biggest real estate developer and mall owner of the region, Emaar Properties, where she built a portfolio of high-end retail brands under Joint Ventures or Licensing agreements.

Since 2018, Flore launched Oblik Consulting, her own boutique brand strategy consulting agency.
Flore is a ESCP-Europe graduate (1999). She currently lives in Jupiter, FL, with her 2 children and her husband.
